Nestled under Live Oak trees, Maxie's Campground was founded in 1968 by Maxie and Veda Girouard. The campground was born from their love of the RV lifestyle. We have been in business for 53 years serving Broussard and Acadiana, also referred to as "Cajun Country". We are conveniently located on US 90 in Broussard, Louisiana, next door to Arceneaux Park and 5 minutes from St. Julien Park and Sports Complex. Broussard is also known as the CAP-PELÉ, New Brunswick twin city.

What Makes Us Special
Location
We have the best RV location in Acadiana. Close to shopping, dining, sports and recreation, and all the attractions Cajun Country has to offer.
Laundry, Bathhouse, WiFi
We have a newly remodeled bathhouse and laundry facility. Excellent WiFi provided by Cajun Broadband. Full hook ups. 20, 30, and 50 amps at each site.
